There is currently a call for 寻花论坛 faculty and staff to participate in a series of EDI focus groups to inform the 寻花论坛 Five-Year EDI Action Plan. Registration closes May 5, 2023.
Employee Equity Census
寻花论坛 holds an Employee Equity Census every five years, with the most recent one taking place in 2021. The Employment Equity Advisory Committee encourages all faculty and staff to participate because this data informs strategic planning and actions. If you would like to update your self-identification information outside of census years, please contact Bryan Ward at 204.786.9133 or br.ward@uwinnipeg.ca.
