External Awards

The following is a list of awards offered by private companies and organizations that may be of interest to current University of 寻花论坛 students. We update this webpage monthly, so students can search for scholarship opportunities year-round.

When using these search tools, we recommend that you try to apply directly through the sponsor's webpage if available. We also suggest doing an internet search for scholarships directly related to your faculty or department.

List of awards offered by private companies and organizations

Applications open year-round-awards of up to $40,000 for veterans with a minimum of six years of service and up to $80,000 for veterans with at least 12 years of service.

Deadlines vary depending on award-awards and scholarships to students.

Application Deadline August, November, and February annually (on site year round)-Indspire is the largest supporter of Indigenous education outside the federal government. To date Indspire has awarded more than $54 million in scholarships and bursaries to 16,000 First Nation, Inuit and Métis recipients nationwide. Indspire disburses funds to Indigenous youth across Canada, covering all disciplines in funding categories in post-secondary education.

Application due May and July-A $3000 bursary for a First Nations, Métis, and/or Inuit student pursuing graduate studies with demonstrated financial need. 

Application Due September and December-Four bi-annual $1000 scholarships for students who can describe the importance of financial literacy. 

Application Due October-A $2000 scholarship available to undergraduate and graduate students.

Application Due October-A $2,000 scholarship available to undergraduate and graduate students. 

Application Due October-Two $1000 awards available to applicants between 17-35 years old who are currently a member of Fogolar Association of 寻花论坛 or a direct descendant of someone from either the FVG or Veneto regions of Italy.

Application Due November-Up to $16,000 scholarships for women who provide primary financial support for herself and her dependents, including children, partner, siblings or parents.

Application Due November-A $2,000 scholarship for cancer survivors.

Application Due November-for Korean Canadian students pursuing undergraduate and graduate education. 

Application Due December-Allied Van Lines offers a $1,000 scholarship for Canadian students studying business, logistics, and similar fields.

Application Due December-Storwell offers a $2,000 bursary who were in the foster care system.

Application Due December-$28,000 for students involved in humanitarian work.

Application Due November-For students who live in Manitoba Housing or in subsidized housing associated with Manitoba Housing.

Application Due November-scholarship for parents in post-secondary education. 

Applications Due October and February-Various awards for students.

Applications Due October-$4,000 awards for LGBTQ students considering a career in law enforcement.

Application Due October-$10,000 for students currently or previously in CFS care—Not available when I checked in Setpember.

Application Due January-$2,500 for Canadian Students interested in justice.
